Peter Rosing Bull se graduó en 1988 de la Universidad de California, Los Angeles (UCLA) con una doble especialización en Literatura Clásica e Historia.  Es ciudadano de Uruguay, miembro de una cooperativa de vivienda de Montevideo en donde radica actualmente y escritor.  En México, fue creador y Coordinador de la Coordinación de Lenguas de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Unidad Cuajimalpa y Profesor Asociado en la Universidad del Mar en Oaxaca. En su juventud, se desempeñó como activista en el Comité de Vivienda de ACT UP New York en donde abogó para que todas las personas que vivían con VIH obtuvieran una vivienda de calidad, tuvieran acceso a la atención médica, entre otros servicios que lograron salvar vidas.  Fue vicepresidente de la Neighborhood Transportation Network en Minneapolis, en el que promovió el transporte público y el tren ligero. Además, creó el Proyecto Frameworks – un centro de educación y artes anarquista/alternativa.

Peter Rosing Bull graduated in 1988 from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a double major in Classical Literature and History.  He is a citizen of Uruguay, a member of a Montevideo housing cooperative (where he lives), and a writer. In Mexico, he was the creator and Director of the Language Department at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Unidad Cuajimalpa, and Associate Professor at the Universidad del Mar in Oaxaca. In his youth, he was an activist with the Housing Committee of ACT UP New York advocating that all people living with HIV have quality housing and access to health care, among other life-saving services. He was the Vice President of the Neighborhood Transportation Network in Minneapolis where he promoted public transportation and light rail. In addition, he created the Frameworks Education Project – an anarchist/alternative education and arts center.
