Peter Rosing Bull graduated in 1988 from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a double major in Classical Literature and History. He is a permanent resident of Uruguay, a member of a Montevideo housing cooperative (where he lives), and Director of the Societas Institute. In Mexico, he was the creator and Director of the Language Department at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Unidad Cuajimalpa, and Associate Professor at the Universidad del Mar in Oaxaca. He served as an activist with the Housing Committee of ACT UP New York advocating that all people living with HIV have quality housing, access to health care, among other life-saving services, and was the Vice President of the Neighborhood Transportation Network in Minneapolis where he promoted public transportation and light rail. In addition, he created the Frameworks Education Project – an anarchist/alternative education and arts center.

Peter Rosing Bull se graduó en 1988 de la Universidad de California, Los Angeles (UCLA) con una doble especialización en Literatura Clásica e Historia. Es residente permanente de Uruguay, miembro de una cooperativa de vivienda de Montevideo en donde radica actualmente y Director del Instituto Societas. En México, fue creador y Coordinador de la Coordinación de Lenguas de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Unidad Cuajimalpa y Profesor Asociado en la Universidad del Mar en Oaxaca. Se desempeñó como activista en el Comité de Vivienda de ACT UP New York en donde abogó para que todas las personas que vivían con VIH obtuvieran una vivienda de calidad, tuvieran acceso a la atención médica, entre otros servicios que lograron salvar vidas. Fue vicepresidente de la Neighborhood Transportation Network en Minneapolis, en el que promovió el transporte público y el tren ligero. Además, creó el Proyecto Frameworks – un centro de educación y artes anarquista/alternativa.

Daniela Patricia Vargas Vargas: nacida en Santiago de Chile, Actriz y Licenciada en Artes Escénicas de la Universidad de Playa Ancha de Ciencias de la Educación, en Valparaíso, Chile. Actualmente, cursando la Maestría en Ciencias Humanas, opción Teoría e Historia del Teatro, de la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación, de la Universidad de la República del Uruguay, adentrándose en una investigación que reúne cuerpo, política, teatro y feminismo.
Se ha desempeñado en áreas de la educación teatral en cursos de primaria, y en ayudantías ad honorem, mientras cursaba la universidad. Actualmente investigando el área de la expresión corporal como disciplina de conexión entre cuerpo y sociedad, y así también, a modo de experimentación, se adentra en las técnicas del Burlesque a nivel de espectáculo y como técnica de empoderamiento femenino.
Como actriz, fundó y perteneció a la Compañía Teatro Descalzas de Valparaíso entre los años 2010 y 2017, participando en 5 montajes estrenados, y en trabajos de cooperación cultural entre la comunidad y el municipio, al ser acreedoras por dos años consecutivos de los fondos concursables de fomento a las artes de la municipalidad de Valparaíso (FITVAL 2015 y 2016).

Daniela Patricia Vargas Vargas: born in Santiago de Chile, is an actress with a Bachelor of Performing Arts from the Universidad de Playa Ancha de Ciencias de la Educación, in Valparaíso, Chile. She is currently studying a Master's in Human Sciences and Theory and History of Theater, in the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences of the University of the Republic of Uruguay. She is researching the relationship between body, politics, theater and feminism.
She has worked in theater education in elementary school courses and in ad honorem assistantships, while she was in college. Currently, she's studying the area of corporal expression as a discipline and the connection between body and society, and also, through experimentation, delves into Burlesque techniques in theater and as female empowerment.
As an actress, she founded and acted in the Compañía Teatro Descalzas de Valparaíso between 2010 and 2017, participating in 5 premiered productions, and in cultural cooperation pieces organized by the community and the municipality (promotion of the arts of the municipality of Valparaíso (FITVAL 2015 and 2016).

Javier Nuñez estudió en Maristas College. Tiene un profesorado de idiomas y uno en biología en el Instituto de Profesores Artigas, Montevideo. Trabajó durante 40 años como Jefe Administrativo en la Corte Electoral de Uruguay. Actualmente, es socio de Soka Gakkai International y es militante del Frente Amplio. En su tiempo libre, estudia Ciencias Políticas, Socialismo Latinoamericano, Necropolítica y Descolonización.

Javier Nuñez studied at Maristas College. He has a professorship in languages and in biology at the Instituto de Profesores Artigas, Montevideo. He worked for 40 years as Administrative Director in the Electoral Court of Uruguay. Currently, he is a partner of Soka Gakkai International and a member of the Broad Front. In his spare time, he studies Political Science, Latin American Socialism, Necropolitics, and Decolonization.
